 - It is recommended to use the product after the metal parts have cooled down if you plan to use it frequently while it's hot. Metal undergoes contraction and expansion with heat, which can affect durability.

 - Do not tighten too much or apply excessive force, as this can damage the metal parts.

 - Make sure to check that the small screw in the JAW part is tightened before and after use to prevent it from coming loose.

 - Handmade products may have scratches due to the production process.

 - Small marks or cracks may be present on the knob due to the manufacturing process. This is not a defect and is not eligible for exchange. However, if a serious defect that affects the functionality of the product is discovered, an exchange is possible.
