Dream Factory is a leather tool maker founded in 2017. We build the tools we sell — and we sell them directly to makers and leather supply stores around the world.
Our workshop
In our workshop in the Masan Free Trade Zone, we design, machine and assemble our tools ourselves — hot stamping machines, clickers, holders, jigs and stitching ponies.

Since 2017
In 2017 we developed a stitching pony that folds flat. It saves space on the bench and is easy to carry — and makers in over 80 countries now stitch with it.
Hot stamping
Our rotating head returns to the exact same position with every press. Stamp, lift, rotate and press again — the impression lands where you intended.
A cam with height adjustment gives strong, even pressure on leather of different thicknesses.
Originals
Similar tools have appeared in many countries since we made ours. The look can be copied — the years of refining behind it can't.
We hold a patent for our standing stitching pony, and every original comes with direct support from the people who designed it.
